Your hours in Teamleader Focus, without a timer
Okloq keeps track on your laptop of which project you are working on. After approval, the hours appear as time tracking on a task in the project. Connecting takes one button: you sign in to Teamleader, no key needed.

Setting up
What you need
- A Teamleader Focus account. You click Connect and sign in.
- Projects in the new project module of Teamleader Focus, with the project number in the title.
- In a team: colleagues with the same email address in Teamleader as in Okloq.
Okloq looks for the open project with the project number as a separate word in its title. Okloq finds colleagues by their email address or their Teamleader user ID.
We switch the integration on together with you and check the first day together in Teamleader Focus.
How Okloq works
No clock to start, no hours to dig up
Okloq looks at which window is in front and recognises the project number in the window title, the file name or the subject of an email. Whether you are drawing, designing, writing code or preparing a quote: the time goes to the right project. At the end of the day a proposal is ready. You approve it, and only then do the hours go to Teamleader Focus.
Which windows and files you had open stays encrypted on your laptop. Okloq does not read what you type and takes no screenshots. How it works
Good to know
Every time entry must belong to a project. Earlier hours are only sent after connecting. Okloq runs on Windows 10 and 11; the Mac version is still in testing.

What you want to know before you start
Do I need to create an API key in Teamleader?
No. You click Connect and sign in to Teamleader Focus.
Can hours arrive twice in Teamleader Focus if something goes wrong?
No. If Teamleader Focus is briefly unreachable, Okloq tries again later. Before each attempt, Okloq first checks whether the entry is already there.
Does Teamleader Focus see when I was actually working?
No. Software that wants a start and end time gets one continuous day from a start time you set yourself. When you were actually working stays on your laptop.
Has the Teamleader Focus integration been tested?
The integration is built on the public API of Teamleader Focus and tested against a simulated environment. We are now testing it on real data with our first users. That is why we always switch the integration on together with you and check the first day together.
What does the Teamleader Focus integration cost?
We agree on that together. We set up the integration with you and test it on your own data. The PDF overview and the CSV file also work without an integration. Okloq's own prices are on the Pricing page.
