You pay per user, excluding VAT, and less if you pay yearly. So you know where you stand before you request a demo.

All plans use the same app; which plan fits depends on how your firm works and bills. Paying yearly costs 15 to 20% less per month. Office and Hourly billers have a minimum of €69 per month per firm; Solo does not. The 30-day trial is free.

How the licence works
- Seats
Your firm has a number of seats. An active employee with a connected laptop or a pending invitation uses one; the administrator sees in the portal how many are in use.
- Laptops
An employee connects a laptop with a code from the administrator. A laptop that is lost or replaced is revoked by the administrator.
- Term
The licence has an end date. When it expires, the app stops measuring. What has already been measured and approved remains.
- Without a connection
The app keeps measuring for up to fourteen days without contact with the service, for example when travelling.

What setting up an integration costs, the term and the notice period are agreed per firm and set out in the quotation. Ask about them in the demo.

Check it with your own figures
The idea behind automatic measuring is that less time goes unrecorded. How much that is for you, we do not know. It has not yet been measured for Okloq, and other people’s figures say little about your firm.
So fill in what you find plausible. The calculator only uses your own input and the prices shown here; nothing is sent or stored.

What you want to know before you call
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days with five seats. You request the trial with your email address; the period starts when you open the link in the email. After the last day the app stops measuring. Nothing is renewed automatically and no invoice follows.
Do I also pay for employees who do not record hours?
A seat is in use as soon as an active employee has connected a laptop or has a pending invitation. An employee you deactivate in the portal no longer uses a seat. Whether support staff will be counted differently has not yet been decided.
What does setting up an integration cost?
That is agreed per firm and set out in the quotation. We set up an integration together with you and test it on your accounts. The export file and the hours report as PDF work without an integration.
What happens to my data if I stop?
The measurements are on your employees’ laptops and stay there. The approved hours in your software are and remain yours. How and when the hours in the service are deleted will be set out in the terms and the data processing agreement; these are still in preparation.
