Scoro integration
Your hours in Scoro, on the right task
Okloq keeps track on your laptop of which project you are working on. After approval, the hours appear as time entries in Scoro, on a task in the project.
After approval
What ends up in Scoro
- A time entry per lineOn a fixed task you specify, on the task named after the type of work, or on the project's only open task.
- Billable or notHours under a fixed price and internal hours are sent as non-billable.
Setting up
What you need
- The account name: the part before .scoro.com.
- An API key from Scoro, from an administrator.
- In a team: colleagues with the same email address in Scoro as in Okloq, or their user ID.
Okloq looks for the ongoing project (not completed or cancelled) with the project number as its number, or as a separate word in its name.
We switch the integration on together with you and check the first day together in Scoro.
How Okloq works
No clock to start, no hours to dig up
Okloq looks at which window is in front and recognises the project number in the window title, the file name or the subject of an email. Whether you are drawing, designing, writing code or preparing a quote: the time goes to the right project. At the end of the day a proposal is ready. You approve it, and only then do the hours go to Scoro.
Which windows and files you had open stays encrypted on your laptop. Okloq does not read what you type and takes no screenshots. How it works
Good to know
Every time entry must belong to a project. If you specify a fixed task, the type of work no longer counts when choosing the task. Okloq runs on Windows 10 and 11; the Mac version is still in testing.
Questions about Scoro
What you want to know before you start
Can hours arrive twice in Scoro if something goes wrong?
No. If Scoro is briefly unreachable, Okloq tries again later. Before each attempt, Okloq first checks whether the entry is already there.
Can earlier hours still be sent?
Yes. When switching on, you choose a date. Approved hours from that date onwards are still sent to Scoro.
Does Scoro see when I was actually working?
No. Software that wants a start and end time gets one continuous day from a start time you set yourself. When you were actually working stays on your laptop.
Has the Scoro integration been tested?
The integration is built on the public API of Scoro and tested against a simulated environment. We are now testing it on real data with our first users. That is why we always switch the integration on together with you and check the first day together.
What does the Scoro integration cost?
We agree on that together. We set up the integration with you and test it on your own data. The PDF overview and the CSV file also work without an integration. Okloq's own prices are on the Pricing page.
Other integrations: Toggl Track · Clockify · Harvest · Productive · Everhour · Teamleader Focus
Scoro is a trademark of its owner. Okloq is not a partner of Scoro and is not endorsed by them; we use the public integration options.
